The core reason for the fluctuating cooling speed is the mismatch between the cooling capacity demand and the frequency conversion regulation. Common causes:
Parameter adaptation issue: The cooling capacity demand algorithm of the frequency conversion controller does not match the load of the cold storage (such as large fluctuations in the initial temperature of the goods inside the warehouse), or the installation deviation of the temperature sensor (close to the evaporator/heat source, causing misjudgment of the signal).
Abnormal refrigerant in the system: Excessive or insufficient refrigerant charge affects the refrigerant circulation efficiency of the variable frequency compressor.
Poor component coordination: The opening adjustment of the electronic expansion valve lags behind the change in the compressor speed, or the insulation defects of the cold storage (such as air leakage from the door seal or gaps in the wall) cause unstable external heat intrusion.
