In accordance with the "Notice on the Arrangement of Some Holidays in 2025" issued by Aitejia Cold Storage Unit Manufacturer and in light of the company's actual work arrangements, the holiday arrangements for the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival are hereby notified as follows:

I. Holiday Period: From Wednesday, October 1st to Monday, October 6th, there will be a holiday with adjusted working days, totaling 6 days. We will be working as usual on Sunday, September 28th and Saturday, October 11th.

       Ii. Work Arrangement: All departments must complete the pre-holiday work review by September 30th, properly arrange the duty and security work, clarify the duty personnel and contact information, and submit the duty roster to the Administration Department by September 29th. On-duty personnel must remain at their posts. In case of any major emergency, they should report it in a timely manner as required and handle it properly.

Iii. Safety Tips: During the holiday, employees are advised to pay attention to personal and property safety when traveling and abide by traffic rules.         All departments should close the doors, Windows and power sources in the office areas, and carry out safety inspections such as fire prevention and theft prevention to eliminate potential safety hazards.
